Gender-Affirming Care Supporting Clinical Practice

White Rock–South Surrey Family Physicians, Specialists, and Nurse Practitioners are invited to a hybrid education series focussed on building knowledge, confidence, and practical skills in providing gender‑affirming care across healthcare settings.

Sessions will explore real‑world clinical scenarios and common challenges encountered in practice, with an emphasis on evidence‑based best practices, patient‑centered communication, and coordinated care.
This series will be led by Endocrinologist, Dr. Jagoda Kissock, who brings expertise in gender‑affirming care and offers multidisciplinary perspectives with practical insights. She will be joined by Family Physician, Dr. Reema Beri, who contributes a primary care perspective to the discussion.
